Joe Parker begins his 9th season as an assistant coach working with the offensive line in 2023.

Powered by Parker's offensive line, Hancock led the state in rushing yards per game and rushing touchdowns in 2019. The Bulldogs have produced seven All-State offensive lineman over the last decade with many landing at the next level, including four offensive lineman from Hancock’s 2017 league champion team who signed football scholarships to four-year universities. The New York native has also spent time coaching on the sidelines as an assistant with Santa Maria High School.

Parker played two years at Hancock and was an All-Conference lineman. He went on to become an All-Conference player at C.W. Post before spending two seasons playing in the Arena Football League for the Eastern Kentucky Drillers. Parker also works as an instructional assistant at Santa Maria High School.
