AHC Athletics Partners with HomeTown Ticketing, Season Passes Now Available for Purchase

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - HomeTown Ticketing has been named as the Official Ticketing Partner of the Allan Hancock College Department of Athletics for the upcoming 2021-22 academic year. HomeTown Ticketing and AHC Athletics will collaborate on ticket sales for all future home games and will provide convenient online ticketing options for consumers as well as touchless, cashless solutions for gate entry.

"With the many challenges that pandemic has presented, it has forced campuses to move in a different direction in the way we handle certain gameday functions and processes, and some of those areas have been massive process improvements," stated Athletics Director Kim Ensing. "We're so excited to have the ability to allow fans to return for the first time since March 2020. Our ticketing process is going to be cleaner and more streamlined for our season pass holders, guests, and general admissions fans. After the initial learning curve, we are confident it will be the preferred way to do ticketing and we are excited about the change."

Fans will need to purchases tickets online in advance to gain entrance to the following home events – football, men's & women's basketball, baseball, and softball. This includes all Western State Conference (WSC), Southern California Football Association (SCFA), and California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) postseason events hosted by Allan Hancock.

All-sport and individual sport season passes are now available for pre-sale on the ticketing website. A standard all-sport season pass permits entry for up to two individuals per event and is priced at $150. A family pass, which will allow entry for up to four individuals per event, is priced at $200.

Season passes will remain available for purchase up until the home opener for each respective sport. Tickets for individual games will be available for purchase on the ticketing page one week prior to each home event and will remain on sale until capacity limits are reached. Free entry for local K-12 students will still be honored with the presentation of a student ID at the gate. Current AHC students, faculty, and staff will also continue to receive one free ticket per contest.

In the event that a competition is postponed and rescheduled, tickets purchased for the event will be transferred to the new competition date. If fans are unable to attend on the new date, they can request a refund. A refund will automatically be issued in the event of a cancellation if no make-up date is planned. In the event of a refund being issued, the refund amount will only be the face value of a ticket.

Additional information regarding spectator protocols and game day guidelines for fans will be announced at a later date. For additional questions related to the new ticketing process, please contact Shelby Scott

Digital Ticketing Process:

  1. Tickets can be purchased at https://athletics.hancockcollege.edu/ticketing one week prior to the event. All games will be general admission for the 2021-22 seasons.
  2. After purchasing a ticket, fans will be emailed and/or text a ticket to the upcoming game. Each ticket will include a unique QR code.
  3. Upon arrival, fans will present their digital ticket on their mobile device at the gate to be scanned prior to entry. While digital ticketing is preferred, tickets can be printed at home to be scanned at the gate instead of shown on a mobile device.
