Bio
Dowell was a redshirt during the 2016 season. He played football and baseball at Righetti High School. He went 3-1 his senior season. His twin brother, Brian, is an outfielder for the Bulldogs. He plans to transfer to a four-year university. Both of his parents graduated from Hancock.
