Bio
Sonny was an All-CIF and All-League baseball player for Sonora High School. He hit .326 and posted a 1.21 ERA his senior season. He attended Cal State Monterey Bay originally out of high school. Sonny also played water polo in high school. Throwing a no-hitter is his favorite sports memory. Sonny traveled to Korea to learn about the country's culture as part of his hometown's Junior Ambassador program. He is a kinesiology major.
