Twelve Hancock Football Players Receive All-Conference Awards

    To cap off a great season for the Bulldogs, twelve Hancock players have been named All-Conference in the Southern California Football Association National Division, Northern Conference. 

    Offensive linemen Tyler Vogt (So. Pioner Valley HS) and Riley Gauld (So. Santa Ynez HS) were unanimously named first team offense. They were joined on the first team by wide receiver Marquelo Suel (So. Paul Harding, Fort Wayne IN), tailback Ryan Anglin (Santa Maria)  and quarterback Gunnar Jespersen (So. Atascadero HS). 

    Wide receiverScott Cathcart (Santa Maria), tailback Thomas Sua (So. St. Joseph HS) and tight end Johnathan Rivera (So. Jersey City NJ) were named second team offense. 

    On the first team for defense are: linebacker Isiah Anderson (So. Boston, MA); linebacker Brennan Locker (So. Reno, NV); and punter Mike Trujillo (So. Nipomo HS). Defensive back Joshua Morris (So. Houston, TX) was named second team defense.
