Bulldog Football On the Road Against Bakersfield

    After a bye week the Bulldogs are rested and ready to head to Bakersfield College for their first conference match up of the season. Allan Hancock College  fell to the Renegades 7-29 at home last season. In 2009 the Bulldogs lost a close conference game to Bakersfield only to fall to the Renegades by only three points in the Golden Empire Bowl at the end of the season. 

    Hancock is looking for a win on Oct. 15. the team is currently 4-1 and ranked 6th in the SCFA Southern Division. Bakersfield is 3-2 and tied with Palomar College for ninth. Both teams are coming off of a bye week, the Bulldogs recovering from their first loss to number three Fullerton College and Bakersfield from a 21-412 loss to number five Mt. San Antonio. 

    The game starts at 7 p.m. and will be streamed live here at athletics.hancockcollege.edu starting at 6:45 p.m.
