Bio

Barnes enjoyed a successful freshman season in 2013 for Hancock. He finished third on the team with 59 total tackles, including 31 solo stops. He registered one sack and recovered two fumbles. He also broke up one pass and had one interception. His game-high was 10 tackles against Cerritos. Barnes graduated from Atascadero High School, where he rushed for 894 yards and six touchdowns as an All-League pick his senior season. He hopes to play football at a four-year university.
