Hancock Football Headed to Third Straight Bowl Game

The Allan Hancock College football team finished up conference play undefeated following the 42-7 road victory over LA Harbor. The Bulldogs finish the season at 8-2. The win provided Hancock with its third straight undefeated conference run and the team's 18th consecutive win in conference play. The Bulldogs have not lost a conference game since week eight of the 2016 season. The Bulldogs finish the season first in the state in rushing yards (3150), yards per game (315), and rushing touchdowns (42). Hancock finished 10th in the state in total touchdowns. The Bulldog's defense ends the season at fifth in the state in points per game allowed (14.4), fifth in yards allowed per game (245), and second in passing yards allowed per game (135).

Hancock has been scheduled to play the Mt. San Jacinto Eagles at Righetti High School, Saturday, November 23, at 6:00 PM. This marks Hancock's third straight bowl game appearance. Mt. San Jacinto finished conference play at 3-2 and sits at 8-2 on the season. They are 18th in the state in total passing and rushing yards. The Eagles sit at 15th in total yards per game, two spots ahead of the Bulldogs.
