Men's Basketball Clinch WSC Title

The Allan Hancock College men's basketball team was able to hold off Los Angeles Pierce in a close contest, winning 74 to 69 to clinch the Western State Conference North title. The Bulldogs came into the final night of the season tied for first with Oxnard. The combination of their win over Los Angeles Pierce and Oxnard's loss to Ventura gave the Bulldogs their first outright conference championship since 1974.
