Welcome to another exciting year of Allan Hancock College Bulldogs Athletics. The start of new seasons for women's and men's basketball, baseball, softball, swimming, golf and track and field are just weeks, or in some cases months away.

Please click here to open the Word document to fill out the required forms you will need on Tuesday, September 9 during the winter physicals.

Please note, after you open the document you will need to go to View and click Edit Details to fill out the form. You must also hit Tab after you fill out an area such as Name because it will populate the entire document so you will only have to enter your name once.
