Bio
West joined the Hancock men’s basketball staff in 2016 with more than 30 years of coaching experience. From 2001-2016, West served as the head coach of the Cabrillo High School boy’s basketball team. He left the program after the Conquistadores won 25 games, their fifth straight Los Padres League championship, and advanced to the CIF quarterfinals. West also coached basketball at South Hills and A.B. Miller high schools.
