Austin Kaiser to Represent Bulldogs at State Golf Championships
Austin Kaiser has qualified to represent the Bulldogs in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Men’s Golf State Championships, hosted by Allan Hancock College on May, 14 at the Santa Maria Country Club.

Kaiser finished the regular season with the best average score in the Western State Conference, a 72.6, and was named the conference MVP. He placed seventh at the Southern California Regionals with a score of 146 to qualify for the state finals as an individual.

What a great way to end a good season of golf with one of our own athletes earning a conference MVP award,” said Kim Ensing, associate dean/athletic director, kinesiology, recreation and athletics. “We are proud that that the conference MVP is from Allan Hancock College and that he is moving on to compete in the state championships.”

Kaiser will tee off at 8:21 a.m. on Monday, May 14. He is competing against 30 of the best golfers in the state for a chance at an individual title.
