Brown qualified for CIF three times at Righetti High, including an appearance in the CIF SoCal Championships as a sophomore. His lowest round score is a 66, which he has carded at Monarch Golf Course in Nipomo and at the Costa Mesa Country Club. Brown has two career holes-in-one.

Brown's biggest sports memory was winning the state free throw competition. He plans to major in accounting.
