Goryance was named the Pac 8 League’s Most Valuable Defensive Player his senior season. He was an All-League First Team selection in soccer and tennis. He scored a goal late in regulation to force overtime in a CIF playoff game that the Eagles eventually won. Beating No. 4 Corona Del Mar in the playoffs is his favorite sports memory. His father won the National Junior College Ice Hockey Championship in Minnesota. He plans to major in criminal justice and become a police officer.
