Track & Field Wraps Up Conference Action at WSC Finals, SoCal Qualifiers Announced

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College track & field programs wrapped up conference action at the Western State Conference Finals on Friday afternoon on the Santa Monica College campus. | FULL RESULTS

Reann Booker led the way for the women's program after securing a 6th place finish in the 400-meter race (1:00.38) and a 7th place slot in the 200-meter dash (25.96). Lillianna Soto led the women's throwers after securing a 6th place finish in the shot put (9.96 meters) and a 9th place mark in the discus (31.71 meters).

Elijah Clark, Latrell Brown, Avery Fondern, and Syre' Lewis headlined the day for the men's program after securing a 4th place finish in the 4 x 100 relay with a final time of 43.16. Jessup Nocis led the field of throwers with a 4th place mark in the hammer (40.08 meters) and a 9th place slot in the discus (34.24 meters), while Jordan Smith was tops for the jumping crew with a 5th place performance in the long jump (6.34 meters) and a 7th place finish in the triple jump (12.59 meters).
