Bio
Martinez was a four-year varsity softball player for Orcutt Academy. She earned All-League, All-CIF and All-County honors for the Spartans. She hit .467 her senior season, .429 with four home runs as a sophomore, and .530 with 49 runs, 29 RBI, 28 stolen bases, 11 triples and two home runs as a freshman. Martinez had a career average of .440 with 64 RBI and seven home runs. She is an English major, who plans to become a journalist.
