Camille Zumbro is Comm. College Athletic Association Athlete of the Month
Freshman Camille Zumbro beat out athletes from all over the state to become the California Community College Athletic Association Athlete of the Month for January.
Zumbro was chosen based on her exemplar performace on and off the court in the month of January. She scored and average of 30.4 points in seven games in January, including a season high 38 points against Oxnard College on Jan. 8. She had four 30 plus games in January and never scoed less than 21 points agame. She also shot 49.6 percent from the field and hit 19 three-pointers.
