Bio
Kwong won three Western State Conference titles last season for Hancock. She holds the conference record in the 200 backstroke. Kwong qualified for the CCCAA State Championships in three events, and finished in the top 11 at state in all three, including a fourth place effort in the 100 butterfly. Kwong holds program records in four events: 100 and 200 backstroke, and 100 and 200 butterfly. The Orcutt Academy graduate plans to major in biomedical engineering to become a cardiovascular surgeon.
