Bio
Copeland will compete in sprints, freestyle and backstroke events. Teammates voted her the Most Inspirational Swimmer last season for Hancock. In fall 2017, Copeland earned all-conference honors for the women’s water polo team. She led the Bulldogs with 50 goals. She finished her Hancock career as the program’s all-time leader with 115 goals. Copeland graduated from Clarendon Girls School in South Africa. Leading her team to a national waveski championship is her favorite sports memory. She is a biology major.
