Another day, another pair of school records and medals for the Allan Hancock College women's swimming and diving team during day two of the 2019 California Community College Athletic Association's (CCCAA) State Championships at De Anza College. Freshman swimmer Izzie Fraire broke a school record and finished fourth in the women's 100-yard breaststroke final, while Kailey Roux finished sixth in the women's 3-meter diving final. Each Bulldog earned All-American status as a result.

Fraire finished the 100-breaststroke in 1:04.89, an improvement of 1.22 seconds over her previous personal best time. Orange Coast's Meghan Kluck won the state title with a time of 1:03.05, edging runner-up Carmen Ung of Pasadena by 0.15 of a second. Fraire earned 15 more points for Hancock in the team standings.
