Noemi Bravo Guzman Secures Two Titles at 3C2A State Championship
SANTA ROSA, Calif. - Noemi Bravo Guzman wrapped up her junior college swimming career for Allan Hancock College by claiming two individual titles at the 2025 3C2A State Championship. The three-day event was hosted by Santa Rosa College on May 1-3. | FULL RESULTS
Bravo Guzman opened the weekend with a first place finish in the 200-YD Individual Medley race after clocking a final time of 2:05.71, besting her prelim mark by almost eight full seconds. The Ernest Righetti High School alum secured a runner-up finish in the 400-YD Individual Medley on day two, finishing just 0.47 seconds behind the state champion from Santa Barbara City College and a new state record.
She closed out the weekend by defending her individual title from last year in the 200-YD Backstroke with a final time of 2:01.70, just 0.14 seconds off of the current state record. The Santa Maria native accumulated 57 points at the meet as the sole representative for the Bulldogs, placing the team at 19th out of 34 scoring programs.
Bravo Guzman has etched her name in the record books for the swimming program at AHC. The now three-time state champion has also accumulated four individual Western State Conference titles and has broken nearly a dozen program records on the board throughout her career, including many of her own previously set times.
