Volleyball Team Wins Bulldog Quad, Builds Four-Game Winning Streak
The Bulldogs clinched the title at the Bulldog Quad tournament Saturday Sept. 18 at the Joe White Memorial Gymnasium by defeating Mt. San Jacinto 3-0 in the first match of the day and Cal Lutheran 3-1 for the championship.

Freshman Kendall Stahl (Nipomo, CA) had an especially solid week for the Bulldogs in which she averaged 5.70 digs per set (114 for the week) and had 32 kills on 178 attempts. She also led the team in aces with 12.

The women's volleyball team is now on a four-game winning streak after their wins at the Bulldogs Quad, a 3-0 victory over Los Angeles Trade Tech on Friday Sept. 17 and a 3-1 win against college of the Desert on Wednesday Sept. 15. The winning streak brings the Bulldogs to 5-4 so far this season.

The team’s next game is also their first conference game of the 2010 season against Los Angeles Pierce College at home at 6:30 on Tuesday, Sept. 21.
