AHC Outdoor Weight Room

The outdoor weight room facility was installed near the football practice field and opened for use in 2020.

The area features 12 Octagon Power Racks along with dumbbells, stability balls, plyo boxes, sleds, and battle ropes located in a storage facility nearby.
