Bio

Shusterich was named to the All-Western State Conference First Team and CCCBCA All-Southern California Team his freshman season. Shusterich hit .384 with seven home runs, 39 RBI, and 11 doubles. He scored 26 runs and led the team with 48 hits. He enjoyed a five-hit game against Ventura. Shusterich also went 1-0 with one save and a 4.76 ERA in 10 appearances on the mound. He was an all-league and all-CIF baseball player for Arroyo Grande High School. Clubbing a grand slam against Lompoc is his favorite sports memory. He plans to become a fire captain.
