Bio
Hines was a two-time All-State selection after he combined to score 80 touchdowns during his junior and senior seasons. He scored 41touchdowns his senior season, including 27 by way of the rush, 10 by way of the air, three on kick returns and one on an interception return. He was clocked in the 40-yard dash at 4.43 seconds.
