Bio

Schouten originally signed a National Letter of Intent in high school with Humboldt State University, a Division II program.  He was named to the All-Pac 5 League’s First Team his senior season after he threw for 1,767 yards and 16 touchdowns. He also rushed for 312 yards and nine touchdowns. As a junior, he caught 43 passes for 676 yards and seven touchdowns. He is a political science major.
