SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The no. 23-ranked Allan Hancock College football team is scheduled to travel to No. 20 Ventura College on Saturday, October 29th, for another National Northern League showdown. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 PM at the Ventura College Sportsplex in Ventura, Calif.

Saturday's contest will be the 40th meeting between Allan Hancock and the Pirates. Ventura currently holds the all-time series record, 22-17, dating back to the first meeting in 1972. Last season, the Bulldogs fell just shy of a major upset over then-No. 2 Ventura in a 35-34 loss at home.
