Football's Ronald Fuselier Inks with Utah State

LOGAN, Utah - Allan Hancock College cornerback, Ronald Fuselier, has signed a national letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Utah State next season. He was one of 10 junior college transfers to ink with the Aggies crew as part of the NCAA Early Signing Day and will report to campus in January.

"I chose Utah State because they are very family-oriented and everyone in the community welcomes you with open arms. I built a great relationship with the coaching staff throughout the recruiting process, which played a major role in my decision," Fuselier shared. "During my official visit when the team played Air Force, it was very easy to see how great the brotherhood is that this team shares. The atmosphere here on game days and the smell of the sweet fresh air just sealed the deal for me at the end of the day."

Fuselier, a Georgia native, spent two seasons in a Bulldogs uniform at AHC. He closed out his sophomore campaign as a Second Team All-League honoree with 22 tackles and a team-high mark of 12 pass breakups on the season. As a freshman, Fuselier was a First Team All-League selection after registering 40 tackles, eight pass breakups, and three interceptions.

"My time at Allan Hancock was a pretty good experience that helped prepare me for the next level," Fuselier added. "I've had great people in my corner at Hancock from the start between my coaches, professors, and the staff. The people I've met here and the lessons I've learned will continue to push me to be successful after leaving here."

Utah State is a Division I member of the NCAA and competes in the Mountain West Athletic Conference.
