Ryan Cartaino Inks with Holy Cross

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Allan Hancock College men's basketball guard, Ryan Cartaino, has signed with Holy Cross (Ind.) College to continue his academic and athletic career.

Cartaino, a Newbury High School graduate, spent one season as a member of the Bulldogs squad. He averaged 9.4 points, three rebounds, and two assists per game while shooting 55.6 percent from long-range. Cartaino had a career-high performance this season against College of the Sequoias after sinking four shots from beyond the arc en route to a 20-point showing. Prior to attending Hancock, Cartaino spent one season with the Notre Dame (Ohio) College Falcons. 

Holy Cross, located in Notre Dame, is a member of the NAIA and competes in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
