Men's Basketball: Bulldogs Extend Streak to Twelve with Road Win at Pierce

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's basketball program extended the active win streak to twelve after passing the road test at LA Pierce College in a 67-51 decision on Wednesday evening. | BOX SCORE

The Bulldogs (16-4, 4-0) led from start to finish after opening the contest with a 12-5 run. The visiting crew outscored the Brahmas (5-15, 0-4), 35-29, in the opening half before building another 10-point advantage in the second. Both teams struggled to find success from distance, but Hancock excelled inside with a 54.3 percent finish from the floor after registering 42 points in the paint. AHC also handily won the battle of the boards after snagging 42 rebounds while limiting Pierce to just 19.

Mylo Santos led all scorers on the night with 29 points, followed by eight bench points from Noah Haaland. Assad Madassalia was tops for the Bulldogs inside with eight rebounds and four blocks, while Taevon Pierre-Louis dished out a team-best of four assists. 

The Bulldogs are set to continue league action on Saturday, January 27th, at Santa Barbara City College.
