Bio
Rugg played football and golf at Nipomo High School. He earned all-league honors in golf his senior season after helping the Titans win the Los Padres League title. Winning the CIF football championship, the first in school history, is his favorite sports memory. Rugg is a recreation management major. His father was invited to try out for the Arena Football League.
