Track & Field Qualifies in Seven Individual Events for SoCal Regional, Two for WSC Finals

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College track & field program began its "Road to State" effort on Friday afternoon at the Western State Conference Prelims, hosted by College of the Canyons. | BOX SCORE

The top eight runners in the sprint events and top twelve finishers in distance races move on to the Western State Conference Finals on April 29th at Santa Monica College. The top seven individuals in the field events and the 10,000-meter run automatically advanced to the SoCal Regional Prelims at Moorpark College on May 6th.

Reann Booker will represent the Bulldogs at the finals as the lone individual qualifying racer in two events after qualifying in both the 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash. Six other athletes will represent AHC at the SoCal Regionals after qualifying in seven different individual field events. Athletes competing in the discus, shot put, triple jump, and the relay events will also compete at the finals next weekend for a chance to advance. 

WSC Finals Qualifiers:
