Softball is 4-8, Headed Into Conference Play

                The Allan Hancock College softball team is currently 4-8 and ready to start conference play against Santa Barbara City College on March 8.
                
    Caitlin Voss (St. Joseph) is currently leading the team in hitting with a .457 batting average. She has 10 runs, including five homeruns, 16 hits and 19 RBI’s so far this season.  Freshman Mariah Vargas (Arroyo Grande) follows Voss with nine hits and 7 RBI’s.
                
     The team will host a special event at their home game on March 10, celebrating the renovation of the softball field by the Bulldog Boosters. The team plays Mt. San Jacinto at 3 p.m.
