The rally continued when pinch hitter Emily Gantt drew a walk with the bases loaded to force in another run to give the Bulldogs a 4-2 lead. Sophomore shortstop Larrissa Ostrander delivered a clutch two-run single to extend the lead to 6-2. Dasis, who singled earlier in the inning, capped the seven-run rally with a sacrifice fly to center field.
