PLAYOFF BOUND: Softball Qualifies for SoCal Regionals for First Time Since 2017

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - After a solid showing throughout the regular season, the Allan Hancock College softball program is returning to the playoffs for the first time since 2017. | FULL BRACKET

The Bulldogs picked up the No. 16 seed in the 2023 Southern California Regional Tournament after finishing the season with an overall record of 22-14 while earning the right to host the during the play-in round. Hancock will square off against No. 17-seeded Chaffey College on Tuesday, May 2nd, at the AHC Softball Field. The Panthers closed out this year's campaign with a 25-14 mark while going 12-3 against Inland Empire Conference foes. The winner of Tuesday's contest will advance to face No. 1 Palomar College or No. 2 Mt. San Antonio College on Friday afternoon. 

Tickets for the game, which is set to being at 2 PM, are now available at ahcbulldogs.com/ticketing. Per the CCCAA guidelines, ticket prices are as follows: Adults - $12, Students - $8, Senior Citizens - $8, and Children (6+) - $8. Children under the age of six receive free admission. Please note that the ticketing gate is cashless and that season and/or conference passes are not valid for postseason events. Animals, other than service animals, are not permitted at the venue.
