Allan Hancock College Women's Basketball Wins First Game of Bulldog Classic
The Allan Hancock College women's basketball team beat Las Positas College 66-61 in the exciting tournament opener for the Bulldogs. FreshmanAshley Bonenfant (Lompoc, CA) led the team in scoring with 16 points, followed closely by freshman Chrissy Bessermin (Orcutt, CA) with 15, Jozza Ray (Lompoc, CA) with 13, and Brittany Garcia (Lompoc, CA ) with 12 points.
With their win over Las Positas Hancock will advance to play Monterey Peninsula College at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11.
