Written by: Brandon Robertson
Allan Hancock College women's basketball sophomore and Haiti native Milan McGary has been accepted to Cal Lutheran, a NCAA Division III program. McGary was part of the six player squad that made it to the second round of the playoffs this last season, a feat not achieved in 30 years let alone with six players. She shot 42 percent from the field and 74 from the charity stripe both of which were the highest marks on the team. On average she finished the season earning 11.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.3 assists per game. McGary finished the year starting 27 the 30 games for the Bulldogs.
