Women's Golf Lands in Tie for Third at WSC #7

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's golf team continued competition at the seventh Western State Conference contest of the season, hosted by Bakersfield College at the Rio Bravo Country Club.

The Bulldogs finished the day in a tie for third place through the field of seven after posting a final score of 389. College of the Canyons won the meet after shooting 333, followed by Bakersfield (363). Individually, Sidney Pruett led the way for the bulldogs after posting a final mark of 92. Danica Black (94), Khloe Branch (101), and Nicole Lindner (102) also added to the team's ending total.

Next on the schedule for the Hancock squad is the first round of the WSC Finals, which is set to take place on October 26th at the Buena Ventura Golf Course.
