Hancock Athletes Win Both Athlete of the Week Awards at SB County Roundtable
Women's soccer player Heather soden and football player Shane Henderson were named female and male athletes of the week by the Santa Barbara County Roundtable on Monday, Sept. 19.
Soden is a freshman and the anchor of the Bulldog's defense. She is also one of the team's top scorers, with three goals and one assist in five games.
Henderson has caught a total of 329 yards this season, 155 of those against Moorpark on Sept. 17. He caught a 31-yard touchdown pass that night and was also the team's kickoff kicker.
