McNeil earned All-PAC-7 League honorable mention at Pioneer Valley High School. She once dropped 13 seconds off her 200 freestyle time her sophomore year. The psychology major is already a licensed EMT. Her cousin, Caija, is a member of the Hancock swimming team.
