Bio

Hernandez will compete in freestyle and backstroke events for the Bulldogs. She swam and played water polo for Lompoc High School. She is the first member of her family to compete in a sport at the college level. Winning a swimming event is her favorite sports memory. She is an English major and plans to become a teacher.
