Bulldogs Open Spring with Six Top Performances at Ventura

VENTURA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's and women's swimming programs opened the 2021 season with a trip to Ventura College on Saturday afternoon. | COMPLETE RESULTS

The men's program had three individuals record top performances on the day, led by a pair of first place finishes from Jake Healey in the 50 Yard Butterfly (29.59) and the 100 Yard Freestyle (51.60). Jarred Torres (200 Yard Freestyle | 1:56.99) and Chase Cone (50 Yard Backstroke | 33.19) also earned first place finishes. The women's team also had a pair of individuals recording top times in the water: Brisa Acosta-Morales (50 Yard Breaststroke | 43.79) and Helen Frazer (50 Yard Butterfly | 31.99). 

The Bulldogs will return to action on Saturday, April 24th, with a trip to Cuesta College. They will face off against Cuesta, Bakersfield, and Mt. SAC in San Luis Obispo, Calif., at 11:30 AM.
