Swimming Competes at WSC Triangular Meet

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College swimming program competed at the Western State Conference (WSC) Triangular Meet, hosted by Cuesta College, on Saturday afternoon. | COMPLETE RESULTS

Helen Frazer and Brisa Morales-Acosta headlined the event on the women's side with a pair of top finishes in the 50-Yard Butterly and the 50-Yard Breaststroke, respectively. Jaryd Copeland (500-Yard Freestyle) and Jackson Millard (200-Yard Butterfly) also were tops in their respective events for the men's team. 

WOMEN'S TOP PERFORMERS:

  • Helen Frazer: 50YD Fly (1st | 30.97)
  • Brisa Morales-Acosta: 50YD Breast (1st | 40.90), 100YD Breast (2nd | 1:35.50)
  • Anika Smith: 500YD Free (2nd | 6:13.56), 50Y Back (2nd | 35.09), 100YD Free (2nd | 1:02.52)
  • 200YD Free Relay (Smith, Acosta-Morales, Ilu Tefera, Frazer): 2nd, 1:58.81

MEN'S TOP PERFORMERS:

The Bulldogs are set to compete in their final meet of the abbreviated Spring II season on Saturday, May 8th, at Bakersfield.
