Women's Swim Earns All-American Recognition

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - After a stellar season in the water, several members of the Allan Hancock College women's swim team have received All-American nods from the California Community College Swimming & Diving Association (CCCSDCA). The list is comprised of the top 16 times across the state for each event throughout the season. | FULL LIST

Three student-athletes captured individual honors, while two relay teams were recognized on the list of top performers for AHC. Emma Marsalek headlined the list as a two-time All-American in three individual races along with one relay while Jada Brown repeated for a second season with her award in the 200-YD Butterfly. Freshman phenom, Noemi Bravo Guzman, also made her mark with five individual honors and appeared in both recognized relays. 

The Bulldogs raised the bar throughout the season, which ended with the team earning the highest team finish in program history after placing 12th place out of 35 teams with a final score of 130 at the 3C2A State Championship. They also finished in fifth place at the Western State Conference Championship after accumulating 325 points through the three-day event.
