Track & Field Continues Competition at WSC Relays

VENTURA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College track & field programs continued the spring campaign by competing in the WSC Relays meet, hosted by Ventura College, on  Friday afternoon. | FULL RESULTS

Nasim Moody highlighted the day for the men's program with a top finish in the long jump after a 6.70-meter mark. He was also the top performer at the same meet last year in the event with a leap of 6.49 meters.

The women's distance medley relay team also secured a top spot with a final time of 13:06.90. Participants on the relay team were Maraitzel Moreno Gutierrez (1200m), Emily Carpenter (400m), Makayla Gonzalez (800m), Itandehui Olea (1600m). 

The Bulldogs are set to resume action on Friday, February 23rd, at the WSC North meet on the Cuesta College campus in San Luis Obispo.
