BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College track & field programs continued action by participating in the Bakersfield Relays, hosted by Bakersfield College, on Saturday afternoon. | FULL RESULTS

Itandehui Olea, Eva Luu, and Makayla Gonzalez headlined the day for the women's program with a trio of individual top performances. Olea hit an "A" standard time (4:57.39) with her first place performance in the 1,500-meter race. Luu turned in a final time of 20:09.93 en route to her win in the 5,000-meter run while Gonazlez won the 3,000-meter steeplechase after clocking 13:19.89.

Chris Sapey was tops for the men's program with a first place finish in the javelin after a heave of 32.85 meters. Kollins Pettaway led a slew of runner-up finishes for the Bulldogs after placing second in both the 200 (22.29 seconds) and the 400 (52.34 seconds). 

The Bulldogs are set to return to action on March 22nd at the WSC Coastal event at Ventura College.
