Hancock Volleyball Fans Get in Free to the Team's Last Home Game
It’s going to be a big night for the Allan Hancock College women’s volleyball team as the Bulldogs celebrate Fan Appreciation Night and Sophomore Night at the Nov. 16 game against Santa Barbara City College.
The game starts at 7 p.m. and in honor of Fan Appreciation Night all Bulldog fans will get into the game free of charge. Fans in attendance will also be automatically entered into a drawing to win free pizza from Klondike’s Pizza in Santa Maria. The last game is also a chance to say goodbye to four sophomores: Tiffany Isel (Santa Maria, Ca), Danielle Rydberg (Nipomo, Ca), Erin Smith (Nipomo, Ca) and Sadie DeQuattro (Paso Robles, CA).
The Bulldogs are currently 9-13. That’s three wins more than the team had last season and more than the two previous seasons combined. The Nov. 16 game is the team’s last of the season.
“Hancock volleyball is on the verge of having one of the top five best seasons in program history,” said head coach Julio Molina. “I know that this is just the start of an amazing future for these players and for this program.”
