Four Volleyball Players Named All-Conference
The Allan Hancock College women's volleyball team ended their season strong, with four team members receiving All-Conference honors. Freshman Kayla Brooks (Cabrillo) was named first team All-Conference. She finished the season ranked 10th in the Western State Conference in aces with 37 and seventh in digs with 291.
Sophomore Mallory Pina (Righetti) was named second team All-Conference. She led the team in kills with 108 and was ranked 11th in the conference in digs with 224. Freshmen Cameron Lizaraga (Lompoc) and Felicia Bowen (Cabrillo) both received honorable mention. Lizaraga finished the season with 105 kills and led the team in block assists and Bowen had the team's highest kill percentage.
