Women's Cross Country Qualifies for Southern California Finals

The Allan Hancock College women's cross country team travailed to the WSC finals at the Cuesta College Fairbanks Course Friday, October 25. The team powered through 96 degree weather and  finished in 7th and qualified for the Southern California Finals in San Diego.

Sophomore Michele Marceleno once again led the team during the event. She finished the course in 37th with a time of 25:09.

Sierra Skinner finished in 42nd with a time of 25:38. Yasmin Mendez finished in 53rd with a time of 28:17. Rachel Mallory finished close behind at 58th with a time of 29:05. Mireya Martinez finished in 67th with a time of 31:17.
