Cross Country Continues Season at Crush Invitational

FRESNO, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College cross country programs continued competition at the Crush Invitational event at Woodward Park on Friday afternoon. | MEN'S RESULTS / WOMEN'S RESULTS

The women's team took fourth through the field of 15 after seeing three individuals land in the top 15. Itandehui Olea led the way with a runner-up performance after cooking a time of 19:12.70. Eva Luu (19:58.99) and Araceli Medina (20:14.29) followed in 10th and 14th place, respectively. 

The men's team landed in 11th place out of 18 scoring programs. John Gutierrez remained as the leader for the Bulldogs, and the lone top-15 placement for the squad, with a fourth place finish after posting a final time of 21:02.02.

Both teams will return to action on Friday, September 13th, at the SoCal Preview event. That contest will be hosted by Chaffey College at Grigsby Field.
